This e-mail is long over due. My wife and I bought a 2004 Chevy Astro van on Feb 8, 2006. Great van.  Each and everone at your dealership was nicer than the other person. There was not one person to pick out and say they were better than the other.  No hassle.  No TRENCH COAT Tommy, or SAMMY the SHARK saying,  "I got to get my boss before I can talk to you, duh I will be right back."  Then comes back with SNAKE EYES CHARLIE with a cigar hanging out of his mouth, and says "Come on inside, where we can talk." It was worth the trip.  Way to go, keep up the good consumer relation service. Thanks;

Who would have thought? My “98 Buick Regal can house 60 cases of Girl Scout Cookies in the trunk and back seat, still leaving room to move the driver’s seat and have the front seat open. (Those mini-van owners’ still have their jaws on the ground. I am proud. 232,000 miles and still running proud.

This is long over due, but I did want to thank you for an excellent experience in buying my van from you.  I bought a 2003 Astro Van on 5/31 (it was a GM buyback if that rings a bell).  You and Tina made the experience very hastle free, the way it should be.  And, I should add, we have are enjoying the van.  We will not be in the market for a vehicle for a while, but I will not hesitate in looking you guys up when we do.

Wanted to drop you a line to tell you that I absolutely love my recently purchased Chevy Z-71, 4 wheel drive pickup truck at Terry Bentz Buick. It is the best vehicle that I have ever driven. Please pass this on to everyone at your dealership. I talked to and visited many dealerships before I found you guys and girls via the Internet. I just want to say you guys were the most responsive and reasonable guys I dealt with. I liked the up front way you communicated our 'deal'. You weren't looking to gouge, like everyone else was, so that was very refreshing. I think with your attitude, your dealership will go a long way. I know I'll certainly tell everyone I know about my experience. I hope you'll keep it up. I also hope you guys will be there in 4-5 years when I'll be shopping again. Special thanks to Nick.
